We have worked closely with games maker Ravensburger for over 10 years, co-creating sonic UX, sound and music for their award-winning TipToi. So it was logical for us to share our learnings and expertise with Ravensburger’s digital games arm.

CO-CREATING THE DIGITAL SOUND OF RAVENSBURGER

Collaborating with the team, we worked to bring the Ravensburger digital experience to life in sound and music. The aim was to create a consistent immersive audio experience at every digital touchpoint to build the brand’s digital footprint. Our remit included narrated audio stories with voices, music SFX and atmospheres that established a unique voice and tonality for games including Gravitrax and kNOW!.

BUILDING A DEEPER CONNECTION

Our aim was use sound to add emotion and help navigation and orientation to make the games more immediate and engaging. Through an iterative process, we created acoustic prototypes of new products; from these, we built consistent multi-platform audio concepts, which were developed into modular sound and music production for Ravensburger’s market-leading games. The innovative quiz game kNOW! uses Google Assistant to find answers to questions. It won a Toys Award 2019.

ECHOES is the most actual example of how sound can be a key element of a smart crafted game and leads to an immersive gaming experience. we created the musical main theme, all sound effects and game score music. all voices casted, directed and produced in our studios.
