Tom's music passion has taken him around the world - as a guitar student with leading international guitar teachers in New York and Los Angeles or as artist and producer with various chart entries. His training at TBWA New York and his business degree not only enable him to empathically respond to the needs of his clients, but also to successfully drive Novo Sonic as CEO. With his international experience, his roots remain in the Bavarian Alps and on weekends you can find him on the local peaks.

Growing up in a family of professional performers, Sergio has always experienced first-hand the effect of sound and music. No surprise that with his degree in sound production or his role as band lead and DJ, he has mastered how to create emotional soundscapes that connect and engage. As partner and creative director, Sergio drives Novo Sonic's output both creatively as well as in project development and production. And he passes on his passion for music to his little daughter - it's in the Minutillo family.

For Christof, sound technologies and design are only as compelling as the emotional landscapes they create. He has been a passionate Chopin fan since studying piano with concert pianist Anca Brasoveanu and complemented his education with a degree in audio production. Christof applies his sense of precision to compositions, sound designs and acoustic productions as purposefully as he does to his karate or soccer skills.

As a trained photographer and with years of experience in client consulting and project management at renowned agencies, Katrin supports the team in client service and relations. When she is not leading a new sound project to success, she feels best in the mountains or at the lakes around Munich or visiting her favourite cities Berlin, Vienna and Lisbon.

Contesting in European championships as professional climber, Katy has not only climbed numerous mountain peaks, but also trained herself to seize the right moment at the right time and in the right setting. Since graduating in media design and photography and modelling for various sports brands, she has used her skills and accuracy as a documentary photographer and filmmaker and joined the Novo Sonic team to bring our story to life.
